What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you have packages for training, accommodation, meal plan and airport transfer?
Yes. We offer all-inclusive packages covering training, accommodation and airport transfers, tailored to the length of your stay.
Advance payments can qualify for discounts on training and accommodation. We accept Moroccan dirham, euro, Visa and MasterCard at the resort. We recommend reserving as early as possible so your preferred accommodation can be secured.
What discounts are offered by booking online?
Discounts are available for some bundled packages booked online. The discount varies by package.
Do you offer group or package discounts?
Yes. Please contact us regarding group enquiries and package requirements.
Do you offer long-term discounts?
Yes. Paying upfront for three months of training can qualify for a discount. Guests training for more than six months and paying upfront can become eligible for reduced group training fees after that period.
How the training works.
Can I do MMA and Muay Thai? Is fitness separate? What does training cost?
Life Resort Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp welcomes individuals of all fitness and skill levels.
Training packages are tailored to the length of your stay and the classes you want to take. Our fitness instructors can help you create a personalised schedule.
Guests arrive with very different objectives, from fighters preparing for bouts and martial arts schools to vacationers, fitness enthusiasts, adventure seekers and military personnel.

Can I train for just one session?
Yes. Drop-in passes are available for single sessions. Multi-session passes can also be purchased on site.
What is your Boot Camp training programme?
Boot Camp is challenging aerobic training suitable for a broad range of participants. The work supports fat loss, cardio fitness and conditioning.
Yoga, BodyFit, cross-training and beginner Muay Thai can all form part of a programme focused on general fitness or weight loss.
Do you have a nutritionist or someone to help plan my schedule and diet?
We have certified nutrition and fitness instructors who can help with fitness goals, meal plans and training schedules. A consultation fee applies.
How does the weight-loss training work?
The weight-loss programme uses varied aerobic threshold exercises targeting different muscle groups with bodyweight work, weighted implements and conditioning tools.
Cross-training focuses on strength and conditioning to improve core strength, flexibility, speed, explosiveness and endurance. Workouts are usually short and intense.
What do I need to train?
Muay Thai and MMA/BJJ training can run twice per day. Bring suitable training clothing and the basic protective equipment needed to train effectively and hygienically.
What are the prices for private lessons with Muay Thai and MMA instructors?
Private-session prices are available on arrival. Advance booking is recommended for Muay Thai and MMA private lessons.
From beginner to advanced.
How does your Muay Thai programme work?
The Muay Thai programme suits beginners, amateurs and professional fighters training for fitness, self-defence or competition.
Beginner: suitable regardless of previous experience, age or gender. The class focuses on fundamentals, fitness and confidence.
Intermediate: for guests whose technique and conditioning have progressed beyond the beginner level. Trainers monitor development and help decide when it is time to move up.
Advanced: for experienced trainees, including guests with professional or amateur fight experience.
What does Muay Thai training consist of?
- Running: stamina, endurance and cardio conditioning.
- Warm-up: running, skipping, calisthenics and stretching.
- Shadow boxing: footwork, coordination, movement and technique.
- Technique class: instruction and correction on combinations and movement.
- Boxing sparring: controlled rounds focused on boxing.
- Muay Thai sparring: controlled punches, kicks, clinch and knees.
- Pad work: rounds with trainers to develop technique, speed, power and stamina.
- Bag work: repetition and conditioning on different bags.
- Clinch work: control, positions, throws and controlled knees.
- Conditioning: bag drills, pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups and core work.
- Cooldown: stretching and recovery.

How do I get from the airport to Life Resort?
We offer fixed-fee airport pick-ups. Airport transfer can also be included in longer-stay packages.
Is there luxury private accommodation near the training camp?
Yes. Life Resort offers private accommodation designed around different guest needs and levels of privacy, including villas and bungalow accommodation.
How can I get an extended three-month-plus visa for training?
For stays beyond the standard visa-free period, contact the Moroccan consulate or relevant immigration authority for the requirements that apply to your nationality and circumstances.
