Terms & Conditions of Sale

1 Scope

These Terms apply to all services we sell, including accommodation, Muay Thai and fitness classes, wellness sessions, dining, and add-on experiences (such as horse riding, quad biking, pottery and cooking classes). They apply whether you book online, by email, by phone or in person.

Some experiences are delivered by trusted independent local partners. Where that is the case, the partner’s own terms and safety rules may also apply, and we will make these available to you on request.

2 Bookings & confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us (by email) and any required deposit or payment has been received. Until then, rates and availability are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for making sure the details of your booking — dates, number of guests, room type and any experiences — are correct on your confirmation. Please tell us promptly if anything is wrong.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Guests under 18 are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.

3 Prices & what’s included

Prices are shown in [CURRENCY, e.g. MAD / GBP / EUR] and are quoted per [room / night / person / session — specify]. Unless stated otherwise on your confirmation, prices include [what is included, e.g. accommodation and access to shared facilities] and exclude [what is excluded, e.g. optional experiences, certain meals, local taxes].

Any applicable taxes or tourist/city charges will be shown before you complete your booking, or collected on arrival where required by local law.

4 Payment

We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, through our secure payment provider. Your card details are handled by that provider and are not stored by us.

Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit of [DEPOSIT %/AMOUNT] is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation, with the balance payable [e.g. on arrival / X days before arrival]. We reserve the right to release a reservation if payment is not received by the due date.

5 Cancellations, changes & refunds

Cancellations and changes made by you are subject to the following, calculated from your arrival date:

• [e.g. More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit]
• [e.g. 14–30 days before arrival: deposit retained]
• [e.g. Less than 14 days before arrival: full amount charged]

To cancel or change a booking, contact us in writing at info@liferesortmarrakech.com. Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method within [X] business days.

If we have to cancel a booking for reasons within our control, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid to us.

6 Arrival & departure

Standard check-in is from [TIME] and check-out is by [TIME]. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and may carry an additional charge.

7 Classes, training & experiences

Muay Thai, fitness training, quad biking, horse riding and similar activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. By taking part, you confirm that you are in a fit state to do so and will follow the instructions of our coaches, guides and partners at all times.

You should tell us about any medical condition, injury or pregnancy that may affect your participation before a session begins. We strongly recommend that all guests hold appropriate travel and medical insurance covering physical activities.

Sessions, timetables and instructors may change, and some activities are weather- or availability-dependent.

8 Guest conduct

We want every guest to feel calm and safe. We may refuse service to, or ask to leave, any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to other guests or staff, without refund. You are responsible for any damage you cause to the property or equipment.

9 Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of our breach, or that arises from your own failure to follow safety instructions, and our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party partners beyond our reasonable control.

10 Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural events, illness or public-health measures, strikes, or travel disruption. Where such an event prevents your stay, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or offer a fair resolution.

11 Personal data

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights over it.

12 Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, video and branding — belongs to Life Resort or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

13 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION, e.g. Morocco], and any dispute will be subject to the [courts of JURISDICTION], without affecting any consumer rights you may have under mandatory local law.
